TLC Healthcare (TLC) has appointed Cathy Jones as their Chief Quality Officer. Cathy will be joining the TLC executive team in February 2021.
Cathy is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years’ senior leadership experience, driving strategy, clinical governance, risk management, change and patient experience, with measured exceptional results. She joins TLC from Healthscope where she has been the National Director of Clinical Governance since 2006.
TLC Healthcare confirmed today that they have undertaken COVID-19 testing of all of the staff and residents at their residential aged care home, Forest Lodge in Frankston North, and all tests have returned a negative result.

TLC Healthcare has acquired a 2.99 hectare (29,946m²) property located at 220-240 Princess Hwy, Hallam; adjacent to their existing Homewood Residential Aged Care location. TLC Homewood is a 180 room residential aged care home that encompasses a TLC Medical Centres community medical centre.
TLC Healthcare has broken ground on their latest development in the Melbourne bayside suburb of Mordialloc. This development, located opposite Woodlands Golf Course, will incorporate a 120 place child care centre alongside a 150 place residential aged care home, community medical centre, commercial health club, swimming pool and café. Due for completion in 2022, TLC’s bold new development is the first time this range of intergenerational care services have been offered in one location by a single provider.
